The price does not include a revenue stamp of 2.00 euro (for amounts over 77. 47 euro, pursuant to art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, L. 23. 12. 2014, n. 190) and the tourist tax of 0.80 euro, per person, per night

The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of 30% deposit, by the 3rd day of confirmation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded up to 7 days before arrival. In case of early departure, the balance must be paid, even for the days not actually used

 The account balance is paid upon arrival
